Dr. Martin Lüdemann
I hold a degree in Occupational, Business and Organizational Psychology and Marketing from the Technical University of Darmstadt. My working life began with several years as a consultant at Lufthansa Consulting in Cologne, followed by a spell as a freelance consultant for the companies Braas Dachsysteme and Infotec Bau-Consult.
I was a founding partner (1996) of Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann and Partners, Consulting Business Psychologists, in Darmstadt. After 17 successful years of partnership, I changed direction and set up my own company (2013).
I have completed wide-ranging training courses in group dynamics (DAGG), systemic consulting (IGST), large-group techniques, supervision (DGSv), coaching (EMCC-UK) and group relations (Tavistock Institute and Grubb Institute). I hold an MA in Organizational Analysis from the University of East London (2009-2012); a certificate in group analysis from the Heidelberg Institute for Group Analysis (2013-2019); a Tavistock Qualification in Consulting (2015-2018); and a Professional Doctorate in Advanced Practice and Research: Consultation and the Organisation from the University of Essex and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, London (2016-2022).
I am a member of the Association of German Professional Psychologists (BDP), the German Society for Supervision (DGSv), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC-UK), the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO) and Group Analytic Society International (GASI).
