Dr. Martin Lüdemann
I hold a degree in Occupational, Business and Organizational Psychology and Marketing from the Technical University of Darmstadt. My working life began with several years as a consultant at Lufthansa Consulting in Cologne, followed by a spell as a freelance consultant for the companies Braas Dachsysteme and Infotec Bau-Consult.
I was a founding partner (1996) of Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann and Partners, Consulting Business Psychologists, in Darmstadt. After 17 successful years of partnership, I changed direction and set up my own company (2013).
